Our laboratory activities focus on the inorganic analysis of solid (e.g. soil, rocks, ores, synthetic materials, plants) and water samples. In addition to petrographic investigations of rocks and technical materials using polarisation, reflected light and scanning electron microscopes and the determination of their main and trace element composition, stable isotope analyses as well as qualitative and quantitative radiographic mineral analyses are also carried out.
